Always armed with my inherent sense of humor and at times overly-optimistic attitude (or so I’ve been told), I’ve been writing with passion ever since I can remember.

Although my expressions can be found in articles, blog posts and other communications scattered around the web and in print, this website is a culmination of my desire for my writings to have a home.

After living with a chronic illness for years, it seems the real journey is just beginning as I head halfway around the world to follow an opportunity that found me at just the right time, in just the right place. Read my story and come along with me.

In the last months, my heart has shifted from feeling like I want the world to hear me, to knowing the world needs to hear me (even if they kindly refuse).

So, welcome home. I believe everything happens for a reason and the road less traveled has all the good stuff on it.
